What would a more cohesive, resilient team mean for your organisation?

Where luxury, relaxation, and team development converge.

“We had such a great experience with The RR team in May 2023, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again with them. They clearly thought of every detail, which made for a very professionally delivered retreat.

I was there as part of a two day training/ wellbeing retreat with work, and the content was the best I’ve ever experienced (..and I’ve experienced a lot of these types of things!). The Yoga with Ainsley was just the right balance of a physical and mental challenge, and was really well tailored to all the individuals in our group. We also benefited from the personality profiling with Caroline, which was a real insight into our team and how we can collaborate more effectively.

Lastly, the team at RR certainly know how to pick the right venue! Silverholme Manor on Windermere was perfect on every level. The house, views, garden, yoga studio, and location in the breathtaking Lake District delivered in spades. You couldn’t ask for a better spot.”
