The retreat, attended by 11 team members, combined relaxation techniques and personal development activities to benefit both individual wellbeing and workplace dynamics. Key activities included:
Yoga Session: Led by Ainsley, the retreat started with a calming yoga session, helping participants release stress and find inner peace through gentle stretches and breathing exercises.
Brunch: Following yoga, the team enjoyed a healthy brunch, providing an opportunity for informal conversation and bonding, building camaraderie in a relaxed setting.
